Naglaa is a passionate nurse and a mother who graduated from Alexandria University in 1999, with BSN and currently a candidate for a third-semester MSN at the UOWD. With 22 years of experience in the nursing field and specifically in nursing education 12 years. Roamed in many specialties and roles and now she is a Clinical Resource Nurse (CRN) at SSMC. Actively participated in several nursing research projects and has authored and/or co-authored several abstracts and evidence-based practice projects.
