Mr. Soufiane Roussia is a clinical nurse educator and emerging nursing scholar specializing in Cardiac ICU and cardiology nursing. His extensive career blends education, research, leadership, and clinical expertise. Mr. Soufiane is serving as the Deputy Chair of the Nurse UAE Specialist Nurse Forum and the Seha Nursing Research Community of Practice (NRCoP). He is affiliated with several premier professional organizations, including the Emirates Nursing Association (ENA), Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society, the British Society for Heart Failure, and the ICN Nurse Practitioner/Advance Practice Nurse Network.
