Ms. Hayat has been a nurse for 17 years in multispecialty such as pediatric, adult medical surgical and maternity and child, and then 4 years as a nurse educator at Sheikh Shakhbout Medical City (SSMC), Abu Dhabi. She has a BSN, with the highest distinction and on the honor list, and a master in nursing candidate at the University of Wollongong in Dubai. She worked as a nurse educator and BLS instructor. She spoke at a number of events, conferences, and campaigns. She presents SSMC on the SEHA return to practice committee as program coordinator for the return to practice program in SSMC. Last but not least, she received numerous awards like the “Nursing Excellence Award” and numerous appreciation letters for her compassion in rendering patient care and being sensitive to patient needs.
